DOMESTIC SHIPPING
USPS and UPS are the preferred carriers of HommeFace.com.
Deliveries are usually made Monday - Saturday in the United States. Orders placed on weekends and major holidays will be shipped the next business day. Please visit the carrier's website to see their current list of observed holidays.
There may be delivery delays related to COVID-19. Deliveries typically take 1- 5 business days, but please allow additional time for your package to arrive. HOMMEFACE is not responsible for late carrier shipments, but our customer service team will always do their best to help resolve any issues. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to sync to the carrier's website. Please contact the carrier for any shipment related questions.
Orders with ground shipping to the west coast can be expected to arrive earlier than the maximum estimated delivery time. Orders typically take 1-5 business days. Please note that some orders may not be provided with tracking details.
Express shipping may not be available in all areas due to transit times. HommeFace.com is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered Next Day due to carrier delays. Expedited requests may be arranged by contacting Customer Care at support@hommeface.com. Expedited shipment fees and taxes (if applicable) will be the Buyer's responsibility.
We do our best to respond to all customer inquiries promptly. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive a response.
ORDER HANDLING
During these unprecedented times, the safety of our staff, customers, and community members come first. Our fully-staffed distribution center is hard at work to ensure orders are shipped promptly and packed with care. The staff is trained to frequently sanitize work stations, properly wash their hands, wear masks, and practice safe social distancing measures at all times. Face masks and gloves are worn when packing orders, handling incoming and outgoing shipments, and fulfillment stations are cleaned and sanitized on a repeated basis.
Due to COVID-19, we have extended our order cut-off time from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM PDT/PST M- F. Orders placed before the cut-off time will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or major holidays will ship the following business day.
APO/FPO SHIPPING

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
HOMMEFACE ships to select countries in the following regions: Asia, Canada, Europe, Oceania, and South America. To see a full list of countries by region, please refer to the FAQs page on the website. We cannot ship international orders to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses.
Order processing is not included in the estimated delivery times. Please allow 1-2 additional business days to process your order. Tracking numbers and shipment notifications will be provided via email once it is fulfilled. Please wait 24-48 hours for tracking information to sync with the carrier’s website once you receive the tracking details.

VAT CHARGES
Orders shipped to: Albania, Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Maldives, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Mongolia, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Kingdom, Uruguay, and Vietnam are subject to VAT fees at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying duties and taxes. This fee is in accordance with VAT guidelines and varies by country and order value. Rates are subject to change and fluctuate. VAT charges will automatically be applied at checkout.
RATES
For a limited-time, we are offering Free Standard International Shipping for Orders equal to or more than $45 to help subsidize shipping for our customers. Orders equal to or less than $44.99 will be charged a flat fee of $10 for Standard Shipping. Please note, this does not include any applicable VAT charges as the customer is responsible for paying duties and taxes. For Expedited Services, customers will be charged for the shipping cost at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, type of product(s), order value, and the destination of the parcel.
DDU (delivery duties unpaid) parcels take longer than estimated delivery times due to the time goods take to clear customs. For added convenience, we offer customers prepaid duties and taxes at checkout (DDP). DDP is defined as Delivery Duties Paid. If the customer pays DDP at checkout, there will be no additional charges upon delivery. Please note that all prices are listed in USD (US Dollar) currency by default.
DELIVERY TIMES
Please note the estimated delivery times do not include any delays due to customs clearance. Due to COVID-19, please allow additional time for the estimated delivery range of up to 18 business days. Please contact the carrier for any late, lost, or missing parcels. HOMMEFACE is not responsible for late carrier shipments or for customs-related delays, but we will always do our best to help resolve any issues.
