DOMESTIC SHIPPING

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is the preferred carrier of HommeFace.com.

USPS delivers Monday - Saturday in the United States. Orders placed on a weekend or a major holiday will ship the following business day. Please visit https://www.usps.com to see the current list of Postal Holidays. 

Ground orders shipped to the west coast can be expected to arrive earlier than the estimated maximum delivery time. Orders typically take 1-3 business days. Please give up to 24 hours for tracking details to sync to the carrier's website. 

Express shipping may not be available in all areas due to USPS transit times. HommeFace.com is not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered Next Day due to USPS. Expedited requests may be arranged by contacting Customer Care at support@hommeface.com. Expedited shipment fees and taxes (if applicable) will be the Buyer's responsibility.

We do our best to respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner. Please allow 24 to 48 hours to receive a response.

 

APO/FPO SHIPPING

Please contact us at support@hommeface.com for all APO/FPO/DPO shipping prior to placing an order.      

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not offer international shipping at this time. 

 

ORDER HANDLING

Our fully-staffed distribution center is hard at work to ensure your order is expertly packed and promptly shipped. We guarantee to ship your order as soon as possible. 

Orders placed on Mondays - Fridays before 10:00 AM PDT/PST will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be ready for shipment on the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend and major holidays will ship the following business day.
